We believe everyone deserves access to live entertainment. Whether you work in the NHS, in education, as registered charity staff or a volunteer — you can sign up for free and discounted tickets, all for a small standard booking fee per ticket.
To make sure you see the right opportunities, we’ll guide you to the sign-up page that matches your profession. Just select the group that best describes your work, and you’ll be taken to the next step to create your account.
Charity staff or volunteers
Whether you're employed by a registered charity or volunteer your time with one, you can sign up — as long as the charity is willing to get involved in the process.
Teachers or education staff
If you’re a current teacher or work in education and are a member of NASUWT union, or can show proof of employment, you’re eligible to join.
NHS staff, contractors and students
If you work in any part of the NHS, from doctors, nurses, paramedics and healthcare assistants, to porters, admin staff, cleaners, and everyone in between, you’re welcome here.
You’ll just need an NHS email, NHS ID, or proof from a contracted company.
The Ticket Bank is our social-impact initiative supporting people who may struggle to access live events due to financial, social, or health-related barriers. Examples include:
People receiving certain income-related or support-based benefits
Unpaid carers
People supported by community or charity organisations

As often as you like — subject to availability for each event. Our events have a limit on how many tickets you can book per event to make sure as many members as possible get a chance to attend.

Usually yes! Most events let you book at least 2 tickets together.
Not quite — you’ll need to be NHS staff, work in a state school or be part of NASUWT, registered charity worker/volunteer.
Events change often and can sell out fast — sign up for alerts so you don’t miss out.
Not always — many tickets are released close to the event date.
Yes! We work with organisers to offer great seats, often the same as full-price buyers.
