Quick answers for new members

Is it really free?

Yes! Tickets are free or heavily discounted — you just pay a small booking fee.

Do I need proof of eligibility?

Yes, you'll be asked to verify that you're eligible. The information we need is different depending on your worker status.

Is Tickets for Good legit?

100%! We’re backed by music legend Robbie Williams, football icon Edwin van der Sar, and work directly with major festivals, arenas, and event organisers who want to give back. Thousands of members already enjoy our tickets every year.

How often can I book tickets?

As often as you like — subject to availability for each event. Our events have a limit on how many tickets you can book per event to make sure as many members as possible get a chance to attend.

What kind of events are available?

Everything from arena concerts to theatre, sports, comedy, and more — it changes every week.

Can I bring a guest?

Usually yes! Most events let you book at least 2 tickets together.

Can anyone sign up?

Not quite — you’ll need to be NHS staff, work in a state school or be part of NASUWT, registered charity worker/volunteer.

Will there always be tickets available?

Events change often and can sell out fast — sign up for alerts so you don’t miss out.

Do I need to book far in advance?

Not always — many tickets are released close to the event date.

Are the seats any good?

Yes! We work with organisers to offer great seats, often the same as full-price buyers.

How will I get my tickets?

Usually by email, sometimes via the event organiser’s app. We’ll tell you after you book.

Why do you charge a booking fee?

It covers platform costs so we can keep bringing you amazing events at low or no cost.
