Welcome to Tickets for Good! We’re really happy you’ve joined, and we can’t wait to welcome you to loads of great events.
Tickets for Good works with live event partners to offer free (plus booking fees) and discounted tickets to healthcare workers, teachers, charity-sector workers, volunteers, and cost-of-living payment recipients.
TFG is available across the UK, US, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Here’s what the community has made possible:
Lots of artists have supported Tickets for Good, including Pixies, Dua Lipa, IDLES, UB40, and Yungblud (for his first BludFest). ie:music has also worked with TFG for the Robbie Williams 2025 tour!

Robbie Williams said:
“Promoting accessibility to the arts is something close to my heart. The magic of live entertainment is something everyone should be able to experience. I’m proud to work with Tickets for Good to make this possible for healthcare workers who mean so much to society.”
These are the tips we share with new members! They’ll help you spot the best events faster, make the most of your membership, and feel confident booking your first tickets.
Maybe you know someone who needs cheering up, or you’re looking for a low-cost way to do something together. Most events let you book more than one ticket, and your guests don’t need a Tickets for Good account (or to be eligible) to come with you! It is only the primary booker who has to be a Tickets for Good member.
One of the best parts of TFG is the community. There are loads of like-minded people using the platform - including colleagues in your sector who are also looking for low-cost things to do. We have Facebook groups for different sectors where members share photos, recommendations, and sometimes even meet new event pals.
Join our NHS group here, our charities group here, and our teachers group here.
New events go live all the time, and popular ones can disappear quickly. Make sure you’re opted in for marketing emails in your settings so you don’t miss out. This is especially useful if you’re not the kind of person who remembers to check the site every day.
The best way to stay in the loop is to check your marketing preferences in your profile settings. You can do that by heading to your settings here and opting in.
We send regular emails featuring newly uploaded events, festival ballots, and exclusive discounts - and for lots of members, it’s the most reliable way to hear from us.
Please always let us know about your experiences using the platform and at the events themselves. Whether it’s how your first festival went, what you thought of that comedy gig, or feedback on customer service, it all helps us improve! The platform is built on your experiences - and yes, seeing your event photos genuinely makes our day.
One of the best parts of TFG is that it makes it easier (and cheaper) to say “why not?” That show you’d normally scroll past? That sport you’ve never watched? That random midweek event? Some of our favourite member stories start with: “I didn’t think it was my thing… but I loved it.”
You can also find more team tips in this advice guide from TFG staff.
Sometimes the best reassurance comes from people who’ve been using TFG for a while!
Here are a few real bits of advice we hear again and again:
“Check the site daily. If you see something you think will be popular, don’t hang about. Get the tickets in your basket - you then have 20 minutes to round people up before checking out. Oh, and if you miss out first time, join the waiting list - it often comes good!”
“Join, keep checking — great jewels to be discovered xx”
“I check it once a day.”
“Keep looking as you never know what will pop up X”
The theme is pretty clear: check regularly, move quickly on popular tickets, and don’t assume missing out is the end (waiting lists can come through!).
When an event sells out, you’ll sometimes see a “Join waitlist” button on the event listing (where the tickets would normally be).
If you join, you’ll be added to a list and notified by email if more tickets are released. It’s first come, first served - so it’s worth doing as soon as you see it.
To sign up, select “Sign up” at the top of the Tickets for Good homepage, then choose the group/cohort that applies to you. You’ll fill in a short form and, in some cases, upload evidence to show you’re eligible.
If your eligibility is employee-based (for example NHS, teacher, or charity employee), we’ll usually verify you using your work email address, so include it if you can.
We’ll also ask for a personal email address. This is the contact email we use for tickets, booking confirmations, and emails (if you opt in).
Once your account is created, you can log in via “Member login” at the top right of the homepage. For many members, the email used to log in is their work email (because that’s how verification is often done), but it depends on what you used when signing up.
Search by postcode or nearest city, then adjust the radius slider to match how far you’re happy to travel.
Use the genre dropdown to focus on what you actually want - music, sports, comedy, theatre, festivals, and more.
Use the date range calendar to find events on a specific day, for a weekend, or across a longer break.
Try “Recently uploaded” to spot new additions fast (great for popular events with limited tickets).
Use “Upcoming first” if you’re looking for something soon, perfect for last-minute plans.
We work with lots of event partners, and they use different ticket delivery methods. That’s why each event listing includes a “How to get your tickets” section - it tells you what to expect before you buy.
After booking, we’ll send a Tickets for Good booking confirmation to your contact email address. Read it carefully, as it explains any action needed to confirm your place.
